I was not at home when they came to deliver the package to me
Don't worry, the carriers make up to 3 delivery attempts and you usually get an SMS warning on the day of delivery.
You can also check if they have left you a note to pick up the order at the Post office.
I have not received my order
Find out the delivery date of your order through https://macson.outvio.com. You can also check the status of your order and see if it has been delayed.
Please note that orders are only delivered from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
If in the tracking portal your order shows you as delivered but you have not received an order, it is worth checking if the carrier has delivered it to someone living with you or, in the building, such as the door or a neighbor.
It can also happen that in a first delivery attempt they have not found you at home, if this happens they try again later or the next day.

The package has arrived in poor condition
If the package has arrived in poor condition, notify the carrier immediately upon receipt. You can also take some photos and send them to us so that we can help you with the relevant claim with the transport company.
