Users must be minimum old and must be legally entitled to contract the goods offered on the website in accordance with the conditions itemized below, which they declare to understand and accept.

The user is responsible for providing correct data during the contractual processes established by MACSON and must pay special attention with regards to the introduction of personal data, banking and order delivery details.

The User agrees not to perform the following actions which constitute criminal acts punishable by law:

> Providing false payment details, including card holder information and the card number used.

> Using someone else's data other than the User.

> Usurp someone else's credit card identity.

> Use payment card numbers generated by computer software or similar algorithms.

MACSON is not responsible for the accuracy of the data submitted by the user and therefore does not assume any responsibility for persons violating these regulations.

When registering on the MACSON website, the user chooses a password which is subsequently confirmed via e-mail. The password is provided in order to access the site as a registered user, it is private and confidential. The user is solely responsible for its use. The use of the password by a third party would represent a breach of its proper use.

The general use of the website implies that the User has accepted the clauses contained within the General Terms and Conditions published by MACSON at the time the User accesses the web.

MACSON reserves the right to cancel a user's access to their account if it detects fraudulent or speculative behavior or bad faith in the use of this service.

This is without prejudice to the responsibility of the user contained in the section concerning the privacy policy.

 

Ordering procedure

The ordering procedure is as follows:

a) Choice of products

You can choose the product by clicking on the desired image, where you can expand its characteristics in greater detail by opening the file for each one (size, quantities, colors, etc.). The products must be added to the bag, and once your selection is complete, which you can repeat as many times as you wish, you will click on "add to cart" to continue formalizing your purchase.

b) Registration of your data

To make the purchase you can identify yourself as a user of the platform with your email and password, register by creating a new user at the time or, if you prefer, buy as a guest and you will only be asked for the data strictly necessary to manage your order.

c) Shipping details

Choose the option that suits you best to send your order. You can enter a delivery address at the point you want or pick it up at any of our stores. The same platform will calculate shipping costs depending on the shipping area or country.

d) Payment

The accepted payment methods are through a credit bank card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Bizum) and through the Paypal system. Fill in the necessary fields corresponding to the chosen payment method, having the option to request an invoice, filling in the tax details.

e) Order confirmation

Please check that all the details of your purchase are correct (products, characteristics, quantities, place of delivery, total amount, etc.) by clicking on "end order" to formalize your purchase. Upon receipt of your purchase request, MACSON will proceed to review and verify that it meets all the requirements for processing. Then you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed.

 

Availability of the product

All orders are subject to the availability of the products, so if there are incidents regarding their supply or if there are no products in stock, the customer will be informed immediately, and the amount of the product or products without stock will be reimbursed.

In the event that a product is not available, but others within the same order are, the user will be informed by phone or email of the cancellation only of the unavailable orders. The rest of the order will continue its course so that the client receives it as soon as possible.

Pricing

The applicable prices are those listed on the website on the date of the order. The company reserves the right to amend its prices at any time, however, the changes will not apply to previously placed orders that have been finalized by MACSON with a "Shipping Confirmation". The prices of our products are stated in Euros and include Spanish VAT (Value Added Tax). The prices of our products exclude transport and shipping costs. The final price of each order will be reflected in the summary of the order before entering the payment confirmation, it will take into account shipping costs if they are applicable.

 

If in the event of a technical or human error being committed by MACSON, a product has been assigned the wrong price and the error is deemed foreseeable or detectable as such by the User, and the product is the subject of an order, the User is obliged to inform MACSON as soon as possible. The User may choose either, to reconfirm the order with the correct price or to cancel it. If it is not possible to contact the User the order will be cancelled and the user will be repaid in full.

The company is not obliged to supply any goods at an incorrect, lower price (even after "Order Confirmation"), if the pricing error is considered to be obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably recognized by the user and/or the company.

 

Offers, promotions and discount codes

Macson offers, promotions or discount codes are not cumulative and are limited to one per person and one per order unless otherwise indicated. Only one discount code can be used per order and per shopping cart.

The discount codes are not refundable nor can them be exchanged for cash and in case of return or exchange the value of the code or the promotion will not be returned.

If you have a promotional code, you can use it before finalizing your order in the 'Order review'. Enter the promotional code in 'Add Gift Voucher' and click 'Validate'. If the discount code is valid, you will see the discount applied in 'My purchase' on the right side of the screen. Payment methods

Payment will be made at the end of the purchase process, and will be an essential condition for its formalization. In no case may payment be made later. Payment by deferred procedures, such as cash on delivery or transfer, is not considered.

 

Shipping and transportation

Shipments to the Spanish mainland and the Balearic Islands will be free on orders from € 80. For orders sent to the mainland and the Balearic Islands less than € 80, shipping costs are 5.95€. The website will calculate shipping costs outside the mainland and the Balearic Islands.

Shipments will be made once the availability of the product in stock has been confirmed and once the payment has been confirmed.

The delivery time in Spanish mainland territory it is estimated that it will be 24 to 48 hours *, from Monday to Friday, for those orders placed on business days. In Spanish island territory, Ceuta and Melilla, it is estimated that it will be 48 to 72 hours *, from Monday to Friday, for those orders placed on working days.

However, MACSON will endeavor to respect this period, not being responsible in case of exceeding the initially estimated period for any reason. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and to the rest of the territories outside of Spain are not free, they will have the specific cost indicated at all times in the purchase process; These expenses are paid in advance in the purchase process through the forms of payment established on this website. Regarding the delivery period, you will also find the periods during the purchase process, which will be determined by the transport companies. The purchase can be received at any address as long as it is not a post office box.

MACSON is not responsible if delivery addresses are incorrect or incomplete. You can place your order and establish a delivery address different from that of your personal data. In this way, we seek to offer you the greatest possible ease and comfort. You can check the status of a shipment through the Outvio platform where you will see reflected and updated all the information regarding your order.

In case of not being able to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will leave an indicative note and will try to connect by phone with the recipient. After a failed attempt, the client must contact the transport agency to proceed with the delivery.

The "Pick & Collect" service is also available in any of our stores.

 

Online Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the resolution of online disputes between the USER and the PROVIDER, if necessary to contact us at the courts of justice, through the intervention of um third, called the dispute resolution body, which acts as an intermediary between the two. Changes and returns

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the purchased product (s) and / or change their size (except for the products described in the following point), without the need for justification, within a period of 30 calendar days to be counted. from the date of receipt. In the event that the products of the order are delivered separately, on different dates, for the purposes of return, the date of receipt of the last product will operate.

In the event that the customer returns all the products of his order within the first fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the last product, all payments received after the purchase will be reimbursed, including shipping costs.

If the client decides to keep any product and, consequently, partially cancel his order, or return the products after fourteen (14) calendar days but within the aforementioned 30 calendar days, he will be reimbursed only the price paid for the products and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Macson will not be able to accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged garments (as long as it is not a tare and / or quality or manufacturing defect). For hygiene reasons, products such as underwear and masks cannot be returned. Customized or repaired garments and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.


You have a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the time you received your purchase to return any of the products purchased through our online store (except for the items mentioned above).

The return is free as long as it is returned in a physical store or left at a collection point (Post Office) within the territory of the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

For returns with home delivery, 3.95€ will be deducted from the return at the time of payment.

For orders outside the peninsular territory and the Balearic Islands, changes and returns will be assumed by the customer

To manage a return they must use the same email that was used in the purchase. Once the steps are completed on the same platform, when we receive it and check its status, we will proceed to refund the amount.
You can return the garments in any of our stores under the conditions described above. The refund will be made in cash or by credit card.
In case of returns in promotions, if the amount of the purchase minus the return does not exceed the amount established in the promotion, the discount or promotion applied at the time of the first purchase will be canceled.

The customer has the possibility to change any of our products, purchased through our online store. To be able to do so, you must follow the return procedure, within the terms and conditions specifically indicated. Once the product is returned, you must proceed with a new purchase with the desired size or color.

Custom garments and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.

Likewise, you can also change the products for another size or color or for a different product in any of our physical MACSON stores, as long as they are in the perfect conditions described in the previous section and are carried out within the indicated 30-day period.

Club Macson loyalty program

To be part of the Macson ‘Club Macson’ loyalty program, users must first register through the form provided on the website as well as in any of our physical stores.

By checking the box 'I have read and accepted the privacy policy and the conditions of use' during registration or by continuing to use any of the program's services, the user confirms that they are aware of the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. . If the user does not agree to these terms and conditions, they will not be able to be part of the loyalty program.

At Macson we reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. The user will be notified of the aforementioned changes either by email or through the website.

In the event that Macson detects that the user is involved in some suspicious activity or that he has provided inaccurate or incomplete information during the registration process or later, that he has violated these terms and conditions, they may temporarily suspend the account until the cause of the suspension has been lifted. If this cause is not eliminated, the account may be blocked, thus losing all its advantages as well as the accumulated euros.

Users are responsible for maintaining the duty of confidentiality of their account information and will immediately inform Macson of any unauthorized access and / or use of it.

To be able to access the benefits of the program, you will have to identify yourself in the physical or online store with the email you signed up for.

In the store, the customer must identify themselves with the virtual Club Macson card downloaded to their mobile phone or identify themselves as a member each time they make a purchase at any of our Macson stores.

Being a member of Club Macson, all purchases accumulate € discount that will accumulate in the customer's account.

Each euro of purchase in Macson accumulates € 0.025 that will be registered in your account. Macson reserves the right to modify said value up or down at any time.

The € accumulated can be used in any Macson store in Spain and Andorra (physical and online) with an expiration of twelve months from the last purchase.

You can check your accumulated € either in your account in the client area of ​​our website macson.es or by downloading your virtual Club Macson card on your mobile phone.

The expiration of the accumulated € will be twelve months from the last purchase made.

Each time the accumulated € is used, the member's balance will be zero.
