An item is missing from my order
At Macson we use a well defined control system when packaging orders. Anyway, if for any reason you find yourself in this situation, don't worry. Contact us with your order number and the missing item reference so we can review our protocols. Once the failure is detected, the missing product will be resent at no cost to you.

I have received an incorrect or defective item.
In that case, first of all we want to apologize to you. Do not worry, we will take care of picking up the defective product at your place and we will send you back the correct item. 

If you are in this situation, contact us so that we can handle the case as quickly as possible.

I need an invoice for my purchase
If you need the purchase invoice, you can request it in the same purchase process on our website. If you request it, it will be added to the order along with the delivery note and we will also send it to you by email.

Remember that in order for us to process the invoice we ask for some mandatory fields that you must fill in at the same time.
