If you want to make a change, you must proceed to a return and make the purchase again with the desired size or color.

If this is your case, you can also contact us at clientes@macson.es so that we can manage it for you without worrying about anything. A carrier will collect the garment you do not want and we will send you the one you prefer.


I want to make a return
To proceed with a return you must manage it through the following link: https://macson.outvio.com/
If you are in Spain there are 3 ways to proceed with the return:

        
> Return in physical store: You can go to any of our physical stores and our store staff will do the pertinent management for you. Check here all our stores. Free return.
  
> Return withpick up at home. Through your customer area, you will find the section "I want to make a return" where you will have to click the link of our returns portal and, using the same email with which you made the purchase, you must follow some simple steps to manage the return. Once finished, you must print the generated label and paste it on the package. Once this is done, have the package ready as the carrier will pick up the package to send it to our facilities. If you choose this way to make the return, the € 3.95 cost will be deducted from the refund.

       
> Return at a collection point (post office). Through your client area you will find the section "I want to make a return", there you must click the link of our returns portal and, using the same email with which you made the purchase, follow some simple steps to manage the return. Once finished, you must print the generated label and paste it on the package. Once this action is done, deliver the package to the collection point (Post office) you have chosen. Free return.


If you are outside of Spain and want to return a Macson order, you must bear the costs and send the package to the following address:

Macson is not responsible if the package does not arrive at our facilities or the time it takes. Please make the shipment with carriers that allow you to track it to avoid complications.

What is the return period?

To return an order online you have up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.

How long does the refund take?
Once we have received your package and checked that everything is in good condition, we proceed to manage the refund. This can take between 48/72 hours and, from there, it will depend on the management of each bank. It is normally a process that usually takes a week. If after that time you still do not receive the refund, you must contact your bank directly.
What are the products that I cannot return?
There are products that for hygiene and health reasons cannot be returned. These items are: underwear, masks or products that have been personalized with arrangements or others.
If I make a return, will you refund the shipping costs?
If you make a purchase with shipping costs and then proceed to return it, the shipping costs will not be paid.
