Therefore, we updated our Privacy Policy to comply with current regulations on data protection and, specifically, with the General Data Protection Regulation, 2016/679, of April 27, 2016 (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

4. How do we collect your personal data? What kind of data do we collect?

5. What are the purposes and legal basis for this processing of your Personal Data?

The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of your Personal Data consists of the correct execution of the contractual relationship with MACSON and the provision of the services contracted to MACSON. Among others, your Personal Data will be used for the following purposes:
