4. How and what Personal Data do we collect?

 

In order to guarantee the smooth running of our website and maintain our line of communication with our clients, we at MACSON use some of your personal data obtained through various means and in different times. Below you can find more detail:

By registering with CLUB MACSON we will use the Personal Data that you provide when registering with CLUB MACSON: name and surname, password, email address, telephone number, post code, country, bank details, date of birth, etc.

We may also use other information we learn from your use of the website: your location, your IP address, products purchased, the identification code that we assign you internally, your navigation on the platform (time and date that you browse, clicks that you make, etc.) and the hardware, software and browser that you use, payment details, etc.

Through your participation in CLUB MACSON: we also process Personal Data that is shared via your participation in the services provided by MACSON by forming part of CLUB MACSON.

 

5. What are the aims and the legal basis for this processing of Personal Data?

 

The legal basis that legitimises the processing of Personal Data consists of the correct execution and provision of the services that make up CLUB MACSON, with the aim of correctly providing you with the services that form CLUB MACSON. Amongst others, your Personal Data will be used for the following purposes:

 

-      To credit money in your account through all of your purchases in our physical and online shops.

 

-      To be able to provide you with a "personal shopper" in all of our shops in order to help define your own style.

 

-      To search for the best “afterworks” in your city so that you and your friends can enjoy them. 

 

-      To receive your receipt directly to your mobile phone in order to help you change or return any items as easily as possible.

 

-      To offer you excusive services such as allowing you to make alterations wherever you want, sending your products wherever you want, private online sales and gift notes, amongst others; and

 

-      To send you electronic notifications and/or newsletters based on your interests and preferences.

 

 

 

6. Do we share your Personal Data with third parties?

 

Under no circumstances do we share your Personal Data with third parties, but we do share your Personal Data with service providers that help or give us support whether they are located inside or outside of the European Union. 7. How long will we use your Data for?
